- This semi-private class will be offered over 10 consecutive weeks. The focus will be on athletes looking to improve their athletic performance and reduce risk of injury while improving athletic movement patterns, gaining strength and increasing power (jumping and sprinting). Participants will be exposed to multiple types of exercise, Including mobility work, dynamic warm-ups, power production and strength training. There will be a focus on proper form with all lifts and gym safety while having FUN.
- There will be 2 testing days, one at the start and one at the end where The Functional Movement Screen (www.functionalmovement.com) and other assessments will be completed to assess progress towards the athlete's goals.
- This class will be limited to 4-6 participants to be sure adequate direction and supervision, as well as space, is available.
